It's time to bring common sense back to the business of city government

District Four often times pays the highest share of our City’s taxes without an adequate rate of return to our community. As a licensed C.P.A, I will go through our City Budget, line by line, and ensure our District gets the services that it needs: fixing our roads and sidewalks, making sure our street lights are in good working order, and keeping our parks clean. 

When it comes to our Downtown, we know it will take two things to pave the way for its revitalization: addressing our homeless issue and free parking. I will always be a vote for free parking in our Downtown area. We have to stop doing the same things over and over again, and expecting different results, when it comes to our homeless issue and expecting different results. As your Councilmember, I will think outside the box, see what other communities are doing, and work without County counterparts to finally address the homeless issue in a way that will actually produce result
